Our weekend was filled with gingerbread men, Santa, a gingerbread house and a snowman. On Saturday we went to the Courthouse and the kids decorated gingerbread men. Chloe opted not too, but Hannah and Dillon had a great time decorating. The picture is Dillon's gingerbread man. Hannah ate hers before I got a picture!
Then, on to Gardenworks to see Santa. Of course there was a line, but not a long one.....which was a good thing. Dillon started talking to Santa as soon as he saw him! Eventually it was his turn and WOW was he excited. He talked Santa's ear off all while "petting" Santa's furry costume.
On Sunday after church we went to Meme and Papa's house. Meme and Hannah built a snowman in our newly fallen snow. Then the kids built a gingerbread house. I didn't have my camera, so no pictures. I'm sure you can imagine the fun they had!
Today Dillon and I are off to shop for some hats and mittens for church. We have a hat/mitten/sock tree to collect for kids who need them. Anyone local, we would love your donation! First United Presbyterian Church (the white church in town).
