This is Captain Feathersword. For those who don't have the privilege of watching the Wiggles, he is on the show. He is not one of the wiggles, but is part of the show. Every time he comes on Dillon runs to me. Something about this guy he just doesn't like. I think it is the eye patch. The last few days Dillon has been getting "braver" though. He now gets down and tries to get close to the TV. Other then Captain Feathersword, he loves the wiggles. Definitely the dancing.

Dillon was actually dancing here. He loves to dance. Every time I would try to take a picture he would stop and stare at me. Actually he just wanted the camera. We had our second post-placement meeting. This is a requirement by our agency. (More money). Guatemala DOES NOT require this. We have to have 3 meetings, one at 2 months then 4 then 6 months after Dillon has been home. Our social worker is great, we really like her. If it weren't for her, we might not be so willing with these ridiculous appointments. (Well, actually we would, but wouldn't be happy about them). Our original loser social worker was "let go". For good reasons. Basically she just talks to us about how Dillon is doing and adjusting. His actions spoke loudly.
She came to our house and as soon as she sat on the couch, Dillon crawled up next to her. But that wasn't close enough, so he got on her lap. Next he started going in for the kiss. She didn't notice what he was doing but Darr and I did. Something distracted him and he gave up on the kiss but he was ready! Next time we meet with her will be in July, at her office, with the girls. She may regret requesting all of them!!!
